Katy Lake RV Resort is a full-service RV resort. It is Big Rig friendly with spacious concrete pull-through sites. It offers nightly, weekly, and monthly site rentals as well as fully furnished park model rentals.
The resort is adult-oriented and offers a designated section of the park for families with children below school age. School age children are welcome to visit on a short term basis. Please ask guest services for details. Pets are permitted, but there is a restriction. No pit breeds or any aggressive dogs.

Restrictions
- Children: No school age children permitted as longterm residents. Children may visit up to 10 nights. Children under age 14 must be accompanied by an Adult at all times.
- Pets: Friendly pets are always welcome in the park. NO pit bull related breeds or any aggressive dogs permitted. All pets must be up to date on vaccinations. Pets must be kept on a leash all times when outside with the exception of the fenced dog park area. Continuous barking dogs will not be tolerated.
- RV’s: All RVs must be clean, look nice and be in good repair. No FEMA trailers. No window air conditioning units. No tarped roofs, boarded windows or RVs in poor condition. If in doubt, email a photo for review.
- Guest and Visitors: We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. Illegal activity, violence, vandalism, vulgar, foul or threatening language will not be tolerated and are grounds for immediate eviction.
